Refund & Return Policy

HERALDRY STUDIES – REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Effective Date: July 10, 2025

At Heraldry Studies, every product is made-to-order with care and precision. Because many of our items are customized to each client’s name, origin, and specifications, our refund and return policy reflects the unique nature of our work.


1. CUSTOM PRODUCTS – NO REFUNDS

Most of our products are custom-made, including:

  • Family coat of arms artwork

  • Framed family history prints

  • Personalized rings (with custom sizing and engraving)

  • Research-based surname histories

As such, these items are non-refundable once production has begun or delivery has been completed.


2. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, we’ll gladly fix the issue.

To request a replacement:

  • Email us at [your-email@example.com] within 7 days of receiving the item

  • Include clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product and the packaging

  • We will verify and, if eligible, send a free replacement or offer a partial refund

We may ask you to return the original item before issuing a replacement. If so, we will cover the return shipping.


3. RING SIZE ERRORS

Please double-check your ring size before ordering. We are not responsible for incorrect size selection unless we sent a different size than the one requested.

We do not offer refunds or free remakes for size-related issues due to customer error. However, we may offer a discounted replacement in some cases.


4. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as we often begin processing custom artwork and research shortly after.

After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation or refund.


5. SHIPPING ISSUES

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by couriers or customs

  • Packages marked as "delivered" but not received

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

You may purchase optional tracking or insurance upgrades during checkout for added protection.


6. RETURN CONDITIONS (IF APPLICABLE)

If a return is approved:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • You will be responsible for return shipping unless the mistake was ours

  • Once received and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
