1. Refund Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Customized products, such as personalized family crests and rings, are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.

2. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Upon receiving your request, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approval: If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your account.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Processing Time: If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at lcecommerce0@gmail.com for further instructions.

5. Shipping

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
