Wax Model Crafting

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — we offer worldwide shipping. Production time is typically 7–10 business days, plus shipping time depending on your location.

Can I use any photo, or does it need to be professional?

Any casual photo works perfectly — a phone snapshot is all we need. There's no need for professional photography, special poses, or perfect lighting. Just choose a clear photo where everyone's face is visible.

How many people can be in the portrait?

We can include your whole family — parents, children, grandparents, even pets. Just let us know who you'd like included when you upload your photo, and we'll design the portrait around your family exactly as it is.

What size is the framed portrait?

Every portrait is printed and framed at approximately 50cm tall by 35cm wide (roughly 20x14 inches), a classic wall-portrait size — simple black wood frame, no mat, with your image filling the frame completely.

Do you offer discounts for packages?

We don’t discount multiple orders, but we often include special gifts with package purchases as a thank you.

Is this a painting or a photograph?

It's neither in the traditional sense — it's a digitally generated portrait, created using your real photo as the likeness reference, then printed at photographic quality. The final piece looks like a sharp, richly detailed print, not a painted canvas.

Will it really look like my family?

Yes. Our process is built specifically to preserve each person's real facial features and likeness — the goal is that it's unmistakably recognizable as your family, just transformed into a royal portrait.

Can I customize the outfits, colors, or setting?
